Here's a short thread from yesterday that neither surprised me and left me extremely aggravated at the same time:
Every day I feel more and more conflicted over the model of subscription based software that I need in order to do my job. Sure, I could write it off come tax time, but that's just playing by the rules of a system that's already rigged to keep inequality as the status quo.
TL;DR. Adobe raised prices (again) and generated 2 billion dollars worth of shareholder profit by stock buybacks. Cool. Is After Effects still a colossal render hog? You bet.
