Hello everyone! i wanted to know how you guys deal with frustration... when you find out you've reached the limit of your knowledge (momentarily at least!), when you can't pull out what seems so obvious in your mind... when you're crashing against a client instead of working together....
Does frustration takes out the best of you? Does it clouds you from moving on?
Besides the general process, do you have any exercises to deal with it in the moment? (breathing? smashing things?)
Does frustration leads you to better results in the end, or do you try to stay safe in your comfort zone so you don't have to deal with it on a daily bases?
