Gaining client trust might be easier for those who have a longer record of experience to show for obvious reasons; but for those who are just starting out, I wanted to open this discussion to the mixed.parts community.
After some asking around, I found that the best clients to work with are the ones who simply trust that you have the appropriate balance between meeting the functional needs of the people you're serving, all while having fun within that scope or being open to redefining that scope.
I have a couple questions, but feel free to add more insight on this!
1. How do you gain that trust when working with new clients?
2. Should that trust be acquired early on, or is it gradual through building the right relationship with your client over time?
3. How do you effectively express that you are able to benefit them from that trust?
Much thanks MP.
